The fountain is very beautiful. The company was very professional and helpful.
Paying the extra $100 to view and select a stone was well worth it. Our first stone cracked and the company was seamless in getting us a replacement and not making a hassle of it. The installation was a bit harder than it was made out to be and it took us hiring a handyman to get it done. I have the fountain in my office and it is louder than I expected, but looks great even not turned on! The pump is a little loud and I feel I need to make a call about this or look for a replacement. Overall, the product is top of the line. I love having a bit of nature inside.

"stay away from this company !"

i am a 20 year mcdonalds operator, having over my time interacted with many companies for varied products. soothing walls completely failed at what we both agreed upon. the fountain was so poorly finished, not only could i not use it in my restaurant, i choose not to use it in my home as a fall back plan. it presently sits in my parts closet unused. soothing walls prices ( we paid $5500 ) are lower than most, i now know, for a very definite reason. their support, and help in correcting the issues were worse than the fountain itself. i strongly advise those considering soothing walls to find another option.

WOW, this is the best indoor water feature I’ve seen! It is easy to install if you follow all the instructions and watch the installation DVD prior to starting. When some comes over, it’s like a magnet…everyone wants to know where we got it!

As you walk into our new assisted living facility, you will see our new water wall gracing the entry. It is lovely. It brings a calmness to the building and will be a great piece for residents and guests to sit by and listen to its soothing sound!

I have the Serene wall water fountain. I really enjoy it and so do my clients. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and almost everybody I work on make a comment on how relaxing the fountain is. The only problem I have is there is one spot that water doesn't fall nicely down the slate all the time, it squirts out. I can't seem to adjust that out yet.

"Great unit, stone color lacks POW."

Unit arrived on time. Easy install. Operates as expected. Disappointed in the color. There
is no wow factor. Stone has no veins or uniqueness....stone might as well be plastic, because you can not tell the difference.... Unfortunately the POW is what we wanted.

"Bad company to deal with"

They sold me a waterfall that was not what it appeared, then kept my money after I paid over $250 dollars to return it, stating it got damaged in shipment. I don't know that, it was packed securely. They are by far the worst, most insensitive company I ever dealt with. I would tell anyone to RUN when they hear their name. I lost a lot of money for NOTHING!

"product is too high maintenance"

I bought this product and had tremendous difficulty first getting it installed and now operating it. The pipe at the top that has holes for water to run down the face of the art is twisted so some water runs down and other streams completely miss the art and land on the floor. Having bought it on the internet, there is no customer service to fix it. Thus it hangs on the wall but is not usable. Very expensive to purchase and install and cannot enjoy.
