We purchased a wall fountain through soothing walls and ran into some problems originating from the manufacturer rather than soothing walls. Despite this soothing walls stood behind their product and helped in solving the problem and I would not hesitate to purchase a product from soothing walls. Their customer service has been outstanding!

It seemed that it was difficult to assemble the fountain and get it working properly. The online instructions were a bit confusing and not totally informative. We had problems getting it to work right but with coaching from the manufacturer we got it. I really liked the service from Soothing Walls though and have already recommended them to people that I know.

The pump did not arrive with the fountain, it was shipped later. I was not notified about the delivery time or day. A driver just showed up! Customer Service was helpful when ordered.

Item promised to ship in early February. When I inquired about status of shipment, I was told for the first time item will not ship until March. Item was paid for in January. Not happy with this heretofore undisclosed delay while they are holding my money.

I ordered a beautiful wall fountain. It looks great against by brick fireplace. The sound of the water cascading down the rock is just right so I can hear it w/o being in the same room. I've received many compliments. If I could change anything it would be communication with the company after the installation. Mine spits water out of the container. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I recently had to redo my patio and needed a water feature that didn't take up any floor space. The wall fountain I chose fit perfectly into my decor. I have quite a few orchid plants on my patio and they love the splashing water and humidity they crave and I love the sound of the moving water. Very soothing.
