THE FOUNTAIN WAS WELL PACKAGED AND ARRIVED IN GOOD CONDITION. IT IS WORKING VERY WELL. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE HOOK ON THE BACK OF THE FOUNTAIN IS NOT DEEP ENOUGH TO HANG THE FOUNTAIN SECURELY AND WE HAD TO ADAPT TO HANG IT PROPERLY

"Mind-blowing water feature!"

I was a little apprehensive about ordering a water feature online sight-unseen, and I was interacting with a different company at first but their customer service was pretty terrible. I got on the Soothing Walls website and found exactly what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable. I upgraded to a custom logo for my business. The customer service was very good - any questions I had through e-mail were answered quickly and thoroughly. I was informed of when the product went to the finishing team and when it was shipped out. The actual feature was AMAZING, beyond my expectations! I absolutely love it and my clients do as well. "Good customer support"

I'm yet to receive my order. But customer support so far has been really good. They have answered most of my questions in timely manner.

"Nice, but not with out some problems..."

Purchased my wife a wall fountain, she loves it but we do have a few complaints about the product:

There is a small crack/leak that I had to repair.

There is a pretty noticible scuff/scratch on the front .

The slate tiles (which the water runs down) are crooked, and easily observed. Does not bother my Wife but does bother me.

The water hose was too short, I had to extend it with section of copper pipe.

Considering it was shipped from China I guess I should not be surprised . It is unfortunate that it is more econmical to manufacture and ship such a heavy item from China, as it would be to manufacture in the USA.

Over all we like it, but if you buy one save the packaging material and check it over carefully.

We did not bother with a return, and it seems thay do have a pretty good policy. We do not have any complaints with companies service. complaints are on product only.

"Outstanding service"

The water fountain arrived just in few days after we placed an order and we opened the box to inspecte it but found any defects. Few days after when our handyman tried to install it we found very tiny pin hole. We call the Harmony Fountain immideately. They informed us that they will send out the new one right away. Their quick decision was very impressed us and our lost time for installation will be very minimum. We appreciated tremendously.
We highly recommend Harmony Fountain company to every body.

"Nice concept, poor quality."

I received the Soothing Walls indoor waterfall for Christmas in 2012. A few months later the lighting fixture had crumbled to pieces. I called Soothing Walls, and a new light fixture / pump assembly was sent to me under warranty. It is now September 2014 and I have just had to replace the light fixture / pump assembly AGAIN, this time at MY expense. It did not cost a lot, but I would think the light fixture / pump assembly should last significantly longer than they have. Especially since it's an underwater electrical device. It worries me that one of these days the light fixture is going to break up and leak and I'm not going to be home to unplug it and we'll have an electrical fire because of it. However, in terms of customer service, I have had no problems. Soothing Walls customer service has always been friendly, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the hazardous condition created by the poor quality of the materials used to make the light fixture outweighs the friendliness of the service.
