Web site is easy to navigate but because of some customization/logo work, I needed to contact customer services a couple of times. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. Prices were same as other vendors I looked at, but the customer service sets Soothing Walls apart from the rest of the pack.

The Soothing water fountain with our company logo is a big hit with our business, Yoga in the Center. It provides real class to our studio as our customers enter and we have received many great comments. In addition, it is a favorite for individual and group photos.

On the business side, the support in purchasing the fountain was excellent. We had a short time frame to our grand opening and the on-line and phone support provided prompt solutions. We received the wall fountain with time to install and ready for our grand opening.

The girl that helped me seemed to know the products well. She offered sound advice and was very pleasant. I expected an email confirmation soon following the order. When I did not receive I called the company concerned about the order. The manager returned my call. He then sent me an email with a description of my purchase.
