"Terrible product that didn't work and company won't return our money. RIPOFF!!!"

We purchased a beautiful outdoor fountain for $1,400. Once we set up the fountain it didn't work well. The photo showed a beautiful cascade of water. In person the fountain provided a little bubble of water at the top that trickled down the side. Additionally, the basin to catch and hold water was not large enough for the water and requires to be filled on a daily basis. We tried to work with the company, sending photos, videos, etc and after a month of back and forth we were told too bad, the fountain is fine. It's not and we have spend a lot of money trying to get it to work and it still doesn't. I am a designer/builder and have been in the industry 3o years and completed over 30 million in residential construction. I can not give Soothing walls a poor enough review. I will never buy from them again and hope you don't either. By the way, this is the first review I have ever written. Bad product, worse service.

We purchased a fountain and had it sent to our receiving company. When we went to install the fountain at our client's office, we realized that it was a completely wrong fountain, placed in the correct fountain's box. Dealing with their customer service was a bit rough and a little confusing, but I could tell they were trying to make it right. They sent us the correct fountain and shipped the incorrect fountain back at no cost to us, which was nice. It took a bit longer to get coordinated than we would have liked, and now we have to pay to have the fountain delivered and installed *again,* but it all worked out in the end.

"Perhaps the worst customer service in al of history"

In my 34 years of business I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. It appears that the only thing important to this company is selling a product even though by there own admission they know it has defects. I have spent the last year on a ladder, on the phone trying for a resolution to a problem with a wall fountain system. Their solution send me to the manufacturer who also agrees to the flaws but sends my back to soothing walls fr the guarantee who send me back to the manufacturer. You know there is a problem when calls won't be returned. Employees change like dirty socks and everyone tries to put it in the customers hands. When ordering on line don't make the mistake I did and get swept away by an attractive web-site. FIND OUT IF THERE IS SERVICE IN YOUR AREA. i WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Every time someone comes to our house, they are amazed by the beauty and tranquility of our Soothing walls fountain located in our foyer. Ordering, delivery and set-up was a piece of cake. We have been totally satisfied with the quality and would recommend it to everyone.

We built a new home with very little green space at the entrance. Our design included a courtyard, and from the very beginning we knew we wanted a fountain. After shopping locally, we went online for research and discovered Soothing Walls. We found reviews and I spoke directly with someone by phone to answer a few questions, then I decided it was worth the chance to place the order. The fountain arrived as promised directly from the manufacturer, on time, wrapped well in burlap and and packing materials. This fountain weighed so much, I was extremely anxious with only one man unloading at delivery time but he managed. I was instructed to inspect each piece for damage, which was impossible since the 5 pieces were so heavy, I could not lift. I counted the pieces, examined as well as I could while the driver was patiently waiting, and accepted the order. The fountain was installed by our landscaper just in time for Christmas gatherings, and it is fabulous! The Henri fountain enhances our entrance, and I feel it was designed just for our space!

great customer service, solid products and fast shipping! Actually ordered 2 indoor waterfalls for our living room and porch. Both add a wonderful ambience to our rooms. Id recommend Soothing walls to anyone wanting a good product at a affordable price.

It is awesome! The only thing I don't like is it requires about a gallon of distilled water every 24 hours if you run it continuously.

i am very pleased wit the appearance of the stone water fountain i purchased, however the motor is louder than the water thus making it more decorative than a unit of relaxation. was hoping it would have a soothing impact.
