I just received my Soothing Water Fountain and just LOVE IT!! The price was much more affordable than others I found when I was researching my purchase. It was delivered quickly, easy to put together, very well made and worked as soon as I turned it on. The sound is loud enough but not too loud. What a great addition to my office to provide a calming effect on my otherwise stressful job as a lawyer!!!

You place the fountain ,you plug it ,you move it against the wall and then how do you turn it off? Do you have to move it everytime you need to turn it off ? Poor design .!

Like a lot of people I hesitate to order online from unknown companies. But, I had researched the products, knew what I wanted and Soothing Walls had the best price and good reviews so I ordered my waterfall wall from them. When my waterfall wall arrived there was some damage. The Soothing Wall people (Lindsay) immediately took care of me and got me replacement parts. I would definitely recommend them and use them for any future needs.

Our water fall arrived well packaged in an array of boxes on a flat. So easy to uncut the tape holding them all together and bring each piece inside. Yes the assemble was very easy. Now we have smooth, flowing water delighting all who enter our home. Yes you can see through the glass as the water descends, awesome we love it!

We were one of the customers that had the misfortune of receiving an item with a flaw.
Loren was not helpful in resolving the matter and handled it in a most unprofessional manner. He did all that he could to avoid taking responsibility and left the burden on us for getting it resolved.
I imagine if your transaction goes through flawlessly, you will be pleased.

"Yoga Studio Fountain"

I love my fountain. Pretty easy to put together too. The light makes the fountain. Problem is if you overfill the fountain, the light will short out.

I was searching for American made tabletop fountains and somehow got to Soothing Waters. I bought a tabletop fountain thinking it was USA made, found it was from China. Entirely my error. The fountain is ok. It doesn't make as much of a water sound as I had hoped for.
