"Pretty easy experience"

We are thankful we found soothingwalls. They directed us to exactly what we were looking for our lobby. The support was great and we couldnt be more happy with our water wall.

We ordered a large water feature for our company lobby with logo. Soothing Walls was great from start to finish. Although we hired someone to do the installation, the fountain has been very pleasant.

The fountain we purchased really makes our spa. It was a little difficult to get the water flowing correctly at first but as soon as we spoke to soothing walls they were able to help us get it working perfectly. Great customer service and very nice product.

We saw a wall fountian duringa vacation in Arizona in a rental unit. The appearance and the sound of a waterfall was capitifiing. We now have that experieince in our home.

"Nice fountain/customer service lacking"

Very pleased with the fountain. It works fine. My 2 constructive points are 1) the plastic tray that holds the rocks is not well made 2) customer service is terrible I had an issue with a broken part and dealing with customer service people was terrible. in addition delivery people did not follow direction Too bad for what was a significant purchase to get off to a lousy start sorry you asked, had to be honest

forgot to mention as with others. who reviewd ..Pump is too noisy and water does not flow over entire mirror. agree , there is a design flaw, and shouldnt have to trouble shoot so much after cost of fountain

"made of plastic but looks real"

I like the look of the fountain but wish there was a way to cover cord better. can't cover it w plants cause they'll block the fountain. With hard water stains accumulate but they would if it were stone as well

"Great shopping experience, but product could be better"

Communication, ordering, and delivery were perfect. However, I am not very happy with the product: the pump is noisy and water does not run down the entire wall of the fountain, but rather just on the sides. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the design, but I would like the product to work well out of the box, and not have to troubleshoot after having installed it.

"Great product but warranty is not great"

Love my fountain but the switch for light went out and it is not warranted because top is exposed to elements. Really, an outdoor fixture, that has lighting in a can exposed. Who would of thought.
