I did not receive a confirmation email and it has been a week. I receive this from other companies within minutes. I now have emailed my question for confirmation and delivery tracking and have heard nothing back. I am considering cancelling my order at American Express.

Their product was defective. The lower compartment has rotted and caused leaking. They swore it was our fault and not theirs. What happened to "the customers always right"! We had to have it replaced...not one bit if a discount given. Extremely disappointed!

I recently purchased a wall fountain and discovered, upon its arrival, that it was damaged. I contacted Soothing Walls customer service department and was asked to take a picture of the damage and e-mail it to them. Within one day of sending the pics I was contacted and offered either a full refund or a replacement fountain. I liked the fountain, so chose to receive a replacement. When I asked how to return the damaged one, I was told that it was mine to keep! The damage is minimal and possibly repairable (don't know, haven't attempted that yet). My replacement fountain arrived two days later in perfect condition! I was impressed with the prompt, courteous, generous, and downright friendly service Soothing Walls provided. I would purchase from them again and highly recommend them without reserve!!! Thank you, you rock!

"AWESOME, but uses a lot of water"
Installed the unit 5 days ago and I've already added 3 additional gallons of water. Maybe its really dry out, but that is still a lot of water to evaporate. 88 cents a gallon for distilled water. :(

We ordered the marble wall fountain and opted to pick out the piece of marble. It came quickly and was relatively easy to install (missing some hardware but that was sent in a few days). Quite heavy. Needs a couple of strong people. It is beautiful. The only drawback is that when turned on it doesn't spill over the entire face of the rock so each time we have to get on a stepstool and scrub the top with the scotchbrite pad that came with it. It is fine then until the next time it is turned off and on.
