"Faulty pushchair -repair service not fit for purpose"

I have given 2 stars as the communication is very good from Graco. However the system they have for faulty items isn't fair on the customer. To expect parents to be without pushchairs e.t.c and to have time to go find cardboard boxes for couriers and the be without the products whilst the repair takes place isn't fit for purpose. I've never known such a faff. I've gone directly to where I've purchased it from and they are trying to resolve directly with an exchange as they understand its not practical.

Fab company. We damaged the bag to our travel cot, and I asked to purchase a replacement. They sent this to me free of charge and supper quick. Couldn't ask for better customer service, from Lauren.

Excellent customer support. I needed a new bumper bar for a recent Graco pushchair I bought. I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere. Sent them a message on Instagram and there was a customer support email. Ella dealt with my query and it was resolved quickly with no hassle. Amazing service- would highly recommend graco uk - thank you.

Graco Customer Services, helped me to acquire some replacements shoulder strap pads for our Turn2Me baby car seat, as we couldn't see anywhere on the Internet to purchase these. From start to finish, they where more than understanding about the whole situation. Extremely satisfied!

I’ve had mixed experiences with Graco UK. Their customer service has impressed me, especially with quick responses and free replacements. However, one stroller’s frame snapped after a year, which was disappointing. Despite that, they issued a refund promptly. Overall, reliable products and excellent service, though durability could be improved. Would recommend but with caution.

This is the first time I have dealt with Graco as I am a first time mum and I just wanted to recognise how amazing the customer service and support is from the Graco team. They were quick to respond, efficient and so kind. I was looking to purchase a replacement highchair cover as my baby had damaged my current one and I couldn't find a suitable replacement online that would be compatible. They quickly sourced the item for me, ensuring it fitted with the model I had and sent it to me for free as a gesture of goodwill.

It has been a long time since I've dealt with a company who has excellent customer service and has that human touch.

Amazing techical support and advice ! I just wanted to recognise the superb customer service I have just received from the Graco team. Firstly, the attitude of both individuals I spoke to was very professional and polite , secondly the level of product knowledge demonstrated was exceptional. Emily was very knowledgeable and was easily able to offer advice and information even when comparing a product from the US.
The level of expertise and care demonstrated reassured me that the Graco solution was the most suitable solution to for my precious granddaughter who will be visiting shortly.
