"Union Mart Ltd"

Union Mart Ltd. is the only company found on ebay uk that treats customers with indifference. This year I bought a generator that broke down in the meantime. I wrote twice through ebay with this company and I did not receive any answer where I could send it for repair, because it is under warranty.
since I did not receive any response from the company, I made an appointment with an advisor to guide me on how to solve my problem with this company.
I will definitely be careful not to buy products from this company again

bought a pressure washer used a few time and now 10 months old, leaking petrol everywhere , DO not buy from them as they dont answer phones emails ebay msg at all
looks like they are scamming and dissapeared before they have to honour the warranties on a crap machines branded product worth only £10 looks like we all have been conned , seriously do not buy machine looks great but wont last but a few months do yourselves a favour buy something with a real brand not this junk from crap company ,

Bought a petrol pressure washer 10 months ago with a 12 month warranty, always been hard to start but always got there in the end but now it won’t start at all. No reply on email, Facebook, eBay and their phone line seems to be down too. Seems a good enough washer when it’s going but so temperamental

I Purchased this product after much Research and Went for this over a Karcher thinking this was a lot Stronger for the Jobs it required to do Norse SK135 I had received in good time and then tried out first time Great and then hadn’t used for a while and went to use and had No Pressure you would turn on and no Motor noise I contacted Amazon then Union Mart and expecting a good response was a while before they came back to me and their suggestion was to drop from a few inches to possibly free up the motor this was tried and didn’t fix the problems I then Replied back and Never heard from again I did try and call and got through to someone I think on their lunch break they just talked to me made the noise of being cut off and cut off I called back no answer I emailed again no answer then when they finally came back to me told the product was out of Warranty £179.99 Boat Anchor
Do not buy these Products from these People they will Willingly take your Money but back office support non existent

"Non Existant Customer Service"

Bought a Wilks USA RX545 pressure washer in May last year. Still under warranty. A few weeks ago it went up in smoke and stopped working permanently.
I have repeatedly contacted Union Mart through their customer services email system on their website.
It has been over a month now since my first email and I have yet to receive a reply to any one of them.
We are fast approaching the end of the warranty period but I simply cannot get their attention.

Emailed union mart no reply , used Resolver still no response, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with would not recommend them at all don’t seem to care about customers once they have your cash . Expected better from an outlet selling American products .
