I purchased insurance through Innovative Partners a few months ago, with Sarah, she was very Insightful and so far I’m very pleased with my coverage. The plan benefits cover pretty much everything I need. The customer service provided has been exceptional and friendly. Every time I’ve reached out with any questions or concerns their Customer service team was both helpful and informative. I was able to get a provider list sent out to me and found an ENT Doctor in-network. I just left my doctor visit and I’m pleased with the service and quality . So far so good I learned a lot from the agent who helped me on the phone. She got me connected with Dental and that’s what I really need it and she explained to me about dental vision and medical. She was very informative intelligent smart lady. I really appreciate it all her help and I’m looking forward to using my health insurance in the future

I have made more than 15 attempts to speak to someone at Innovative Partners over the last two weeks. I was able to speaker with Cathy she was the only one who has tried to help. I spoke with a supervisor (Daniel E.) I have been trying to teach him specifically about an issue of the refund and premiums. I have left 5 or 6 voice messages on his extension he has not returned my call. I have emailed many times with no response. I am about to cancel this policy and demand a full refund for services NOT rendered.

none of my claims were accepted . i had to shell out 1200 USD from my own pocket. from day 1 they looked dicey they charged me even without confirmation , there was no process for cancellation eventually i had to do stop payment. once i stopped payment i started receiving service calls . it is a fraud . usually i dont write reviews but dont want other people to be duped like me

This was my first time looking for health insurance on my own, i've always had coverage through my employer. I Called in very confused about my coverage, i swear i was scammed, how fast everything happened. After speaking with the Customer Service i am glad i called. I rushed through the process an really did not know who i gave my money too .. However, after my conversation with rep Georgia, I'm very confidant and more educated about my coverage. I wish everyone in the world treat people this way .. i will recommend my family. Thank you for your patience.

I’ve always had insurance through my former employer, so I had to get my own I quickly realized how frustrating the whole process can be. Last year I started working with Phil and I’ve been very satisfied. He was so understanding about my specific needs and he made the process so simple for me.
