"Double charged me for Insurance for 3 months"

I have had a terrible experience with Innovative Partners Insurance. Without my consent, they issued two identical insurance policies under my name and charged me for both. After discovering this error, I contacted their customer service team multiple times, only to be told that they would not refund the money because I "didn't catch the mistake within 30 days."
This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate lack of accountability on their part. I explained that I was in the process of switching bank accounts at the time, which delayed my noticing the duplicate charges. Despite this, they offered no resolution or understanding.
This is not the way a professional insurance company should treat their customers. I will be pursuing small claims court to recover the money they wrongfully charged me. I would advise anyone considering Innovative Partners Insurance to look elsewhere for coverage.

This company literally charged my credit card over $1700 within the last 5 months before I realized it. I am paying for someone else’s insurance plan in Florida. I live in Oklahoma and have never even shopped for a health insurance policy because I have VA insurance and a supplement and have had these plans for the last 10 years. This is unbelievable!! I hardly even use my credit card so I have no idea how exactly they were able to steal my card number and set up these recurring drafts. This company have over 200 negative complaints on the BBB within the last 12 months. Total SCAMMERS!!!
