When I initially enlisted, I had certain worries, but the customer support staff was able to allay them. For the most part, the plan satisfies my needs, and I value the affordable premiums. It's not ideal, but it serves my purpose.

I signed up with Innovative Partners a few months ago, and the process was straightforward. There were a few hiccups with receiving my insurance card, but customer service resolved it quickly. The coverage seems solid for my needs, and I'm happy with the lower premium compared to my previous plan.

"I was scammed from the get go....."
I was scammed from the get go.....I was told my card would not be hit until I approved the policy.....you can not get a copy of the plan until you give them a card RED FLAG . as soon as I hung up waiting to review my plan my card was hit 200 more then I was told and policy was not what he said.. I tried and tried to call and of course no answer. i finally got a hold of someone and told them I wanted it cancelled and they assured me it was and I finally got ahold of the marketer and he said it was canceled.They have hit my card 3 times $820 each time and I was told it was canceled but when card was hit another lie about what I didn't do to cancel even though they said it was. I have seen they have several law suits against them for this.......Please run they are scammers. Im still waiting after months to talk to supervisor......all the emails have was gone????? I have my recordings thankfully from marketer phone call and ins reps from Innovative. I also told it would start immediately but reading the policy It would come effective a month later. I have never heard of this another reason it was to be cancelled.

The customer service was helpful when I needed assistance, though there was some initial delays with receiving information. My coverage has been working well, and the lower premium is a definite plus .

I had a positive experience with Innovative Partners. The rep Alex was informative, but I did have to follow up a couple of times to get my ID card. Once everything was set up, it's been smooth sailing.

Innovative Partners LP Health Insurance has engaged in misrepresentation and fraudulent practices. I am writing to share my disturbing experiences I had with them. I enrolled in their program on August 17, 2024. The representative assured me that I could see any Doctor and their coverage was comparable too or even better than Blue Cross Blue Shield. However, when I attempted to use my insurance, my doctor had never heard of innovative Partners despite verifying my ID number with innovative Partners representative the issue persisted. Upon requesting a list of network doctors, I contacted each provider, only to discover none had heard of innovative Partners and none had a business relationship with them either. Whenever you try calling this company they always put you on hold and never get back to you. They make it almost impossible to speak to someone and they make it hard for you to cancel your plan within the time frame. I tried to cancel within the time frame but they keep putting you on hold. I canceled with them and they still charged me. I tried calling them and they keep putting me on hold and hanging up on me. Innovative Partners are engaged in misleading, deceptive practices, and falsely advertising their network and coverage. I demand accountability for financial loss and emotional distress. Please investigate innovative Partners business practices, take appropriate action against the company, and provide guidance on my issue. I provided receipt transactions made from my account (400109 Innovative partners). I would like a full refund because I was lied too. . I had enrolled with this insurance on 08/17/2024 and was canceled on 09/18/2024. They told me that the insurance will officially close on 10/16/2024; this way they can try to charge me for another month. I see that many people have complained about this fraudulent company; they need to stop scamming people. Thank you for your attention on this matter.
