I signed up for this insurance company due to an unexpected turn of events. I’m very disappointed in them because I still haven’t received my insurance cards and it’s been over a month since I’ve been waiting. I was also told that I would receive paperwork and apparently they don’t seem to send that information either. I hope I receive my insurance cards soon or I will think about looking into another insurance company. I don’t understand why it’s taking such a long time. Especially since they said they would expedite it several times!

First and foremost, please DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I needed medical insurance coverage and specifically asked for pharmacy coverage because I am diabetic. The representative gave me options and I went with Etna PPO at @500 per month. Right out of the gate our medical coverage we paid for (Etna) turned into coverage from an unknown insurance company called MultiPlan. I had a medical emergency within a few days after and drove to 4 different locations that were provided by Multiplan directly, no one accepted Multiplan, and I could not find an urgent care for half the day. I ended up paying out of pocket $198 to be seen at a local urgent care. As I stated I am a diabetic and require monthly medication. I came to realize this Multiplan insurance gave me zero pharmacy coverage. When I called Innovative Partners to inquire about pharmacy coverage, they sent me a discount card which did not cover anything regarding my prescriptions. I paid out of pocket $1,200. I would also like to address Innovative Partners customer service department. They are not helpful, not friendly and did not provide any support when I inquired about speaking to a manager. I also cancelled the plan and two days later innovative Partners billed me again. I then had to cancel my credit card and call Innovative Partners again to request a reimbursement.

I was finalizing my divorce. I’m
Disabled and have medical needs. I had them check every doctor I have and reassured me all took their plan.
I was told vision and dental were in my plan. My medications would be covered 80%
Not one thing they said is true or valid. Sent me a pharmacy card anyone can get and none of my prescriptions are on it.
I had an emergency appendectomy they rejected that. I now have many Medical bills and no medicines that I require on
A daily basis.
You would get 0 stars from me if was possible. Scammer of disabled and elderly.

I’ve called many times. Your call center told me to get good rx! I would not recommend anyone be fooled by your company even based on your generic response to me. You have put me into debt based upon lies of your crooked sales people.

The customer service team was helpful. The wait time was a little longer than I expected but once I got someone on the phone they were able to answer my questions.

I had a very positive experience with Innovative. I lost my health insurance due to a job change and needed to find something affordable with coverage that started soon. The agent I spoke with helped me get set up with a new plan for my family and the entire process was done over the phone.

The whole process was pretty straightforward. They asked me a number of medical questions, made sure i did not have any underlying health issues and then checked my eligibility for Obamacare and Medicaid! Ultimately the innovative made the most sense and the agent on the phone walked me through every step. So far so good!

Ive had my innovative plan now for 12 months . I have to say I am a little skeptical of some of these reviews as; A. I've never had a payment issue, they auto-charge me every month ( they don't forget)!
B. I've used the plan for 3 doctor's visits in a year ( I've also filed a claim)
C. Yes I am on hold when I call customer service but I always get through. Let's be honest, if you're paying $398 and you're trying to file a $100,000 claim for some major surgery this is not the plan for you. But if you're like me and you're looking for decent coverage at a normal price without the crazy Obamacare deductibles then I works. Overall I've been really happy with the plan I have .

After I lost my Job I was offered a COBRA plan qt $1200 a month with a $4000 deductible! I was terrified to use my plan because honestly I wouldn't be able to afford the deductible if something were to happen to me. I ended up getting and Innovative Partners plan and I'll be honest I was really skeptical at first having read some good and bad reviews but honestly I am so happy I made the jump as I save over $700 a month now on my plan and I have no deductible.

Here's my experience with Innovative Partners. The sign-up process was very simple, I ended up speaking with someone on the phone for around 45 minutes before settling on the plan that was right for me. I did get a bunch of emails post sign-up and got access to my online portal, virtual ID card/wallet and had to wait around 8 days before I got a card in the mail (it looks like it may take as long as 12+ days to get the card in the mail sometimes). I have used the plan twice, once for a basic claims (lab work). My claims were paid and my doctor's visit was a $50 co-pay.
