I like what I purchased. I didn't like the fact that it took 3 weeks to withdraw money from my bank account.

It is very difficult to get a hold of someone when you have questions or need to return. I have called 3x and cannot get through to speak to someone or even leave a message.

Overall I love the ring I ordered from Samuel's. The only reason I would say I had a problem was after the ring had shipped. I ordered my ring to ship to the store and the website wasn't able to get my tracking information for a couple of days, but other than that all the people I interacted with were very nice and professional. Would definitely buy from them again.
