"Disappointed"
I purchased an engagement ring and it turned out to be much smaller than expected! It was a 1 ct Marquis cut diamond and it looked like children's jewelry. We are trying to exchange it for a solitaire but its slow going at best! I'm discouraged and disappointed with this jewelry buying experience.

Great customer service! I ordered my husband's ring online, it arrived for store pick up quickly. We realized it was half a size too small (our mistake). I contacted cust. service and they responded quickly. Overall great experience!

"extremely unsatisfied"
While i received the ring in a timely manner, the quality of the actual ring is terrible. I understand with it being an affordable titanium ring it won't hold up as well as other metals, but it scratched within 24 hours of my husband wearing it. The stone finish is scratching off just from everyday wear. I would not recommend the ring to anyone!!!

"Beautiful Jewelery for a Great Price!"
I wanted to give a 5 star rating, but I cannot only because it took so long for the jewelry to arrive at the store for pick up. I ordered 3 beautiful items, 1 arrived by itself & the store called me to let me know it was ready for pick up, but the other 2 items took about an additional 3 weeks to be delivered to the store & then no one called me to pick up my items. I had to contact CS to see what was happening, however they were very pleasant & returned my call within 24hrs with an answer. So I was very pleased. The jewelry is wonderful!! I usually shop in-store but online had great bargain prices, therefore, I am very likely to shop online again in the future.

"Bought diamond earrings, did not recieve additional gift"
I bought diamond earrings for my wife, was suppose to recieve a necklace as a gift for making the purchase. Never received the necklace, and when tried to contact Customer Service all I got was a voice mail. To this day have not recieved a return call from Customer Service.

i LOVE THE PRODUCT THAT I BOUGHT. WHEN I SIGNED UPFOR THE sAMUELS CREDIT CARD IT SAID NO INTEREST FOR ONE YEAR- AND YET I JUST GOT MY FIRST STATEMENT AND IT HAS INTEREST CHARGED ON IT. WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER WHEN I SAW THAT.

"anniversary band"
I got this anniversary band for my wife and within two week of receiving it, there was a diamond missing.
Also the warranty we purchased for her wedding band and engagement ring expired in 11/2014 and we were told at the store that we would be offered a renewal policy and we have yet to receive any information on that.
