I ordered a promise ring for my boyfriend recently and had several problems, more so than I've had with any other company. First, they called to verify my address before shipping my ring but I missed the call. I called back right away, just to be greeted by an extremely rude employee, and then was put on hold for 30 minutes before I decided to call back the next day. Eventually, I did get the ring. Then, it was about a half size too small for my boyfriend. I called to get a return label and still hadn't received one in my email after 3 days. I called again and still haven't received my label now 5 days after my original call for a return label. This ring is a Christmas present and I see no way I'm getting his size by Christmas now. This process has been awful and lengthy. I'm extremely disappointed and hope that they can find a better system.
