I purchased a necklace w/ pendant through the website. It took a month to receive the correct item. I ordered the necklace that was suggested with the pendant. When I received the items, the chain could not fit through the pendant holes. It was long horror story after that. Numerous phone calls and lack of communication on there end with each other caused the long drawn out issue. I will never ever ever order from the website again.

I PLACED AN ORDER PRODUCT WAS AVAILABLE AND SHIPPED. EVEN THOUGH ON MY LAST ORDER I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF IT. I GUESS THE OTHER ITEMS WEREN'T AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPPING.

I have had multiple bad experiences with Samuels, both customer service wise and diamond quality wise. I wouldn't refer anyone to Samuel's for anything.
