"Dishonest Establishment"
While purchasing a Christmas gift for my dad at the south county mall location in St. Louis, there were several miscommunications between management and a salesperson that left me as a consumer totally disappointed with their services. Attention to all consumers, if and when you customize anything, they will force you to purchase it once customized, even if you aren't happy with how it looks. My item wasn't ready in a timely manner. I was left with no other choice but to purchase something I didn't even want nor did I like. My purchase was meaningless! Theyre also dishonest when they tell you your bill will come in a month, the truth is it will come in one week, so be prepared consumers. I felt it was about a sale rather than good service. I will advise ALL strangers, my family, Co workers, and friends not to use this company whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend Samuels to anyone, PERIOD!

Very cheap quality, purple paint coming off. They didn't look like the picture on there website . Very dull looking shade of purple. Won't be buying any more jewelry from them. Very disappointed.

Ordered earrings for christmas but have not yet to recieve. Tracking is not up to par and hasn't changed still shows status of the 16th. No expected date of delivery.

It's beautiful and your promotional price was great. However, I'd recommend better packaging. It would be good to use the Samuel's packaging and not the cheap box it came in. It looks poor quality when not packaged well. Also, I would recommend a different plank the necklace goes in. Other than that it's pretty and I know the people that received it liked it.
