I love the items i have purchased through Samuels.

"Sold us a 3 carat diamond engagement and had it resized it came only had 2.25 carat"

We purchased a 3 carat engagement ring with wedding band ,it was marked over &10,000 and sold to us for a little over $6,000. I had it resized , when I got it back, it look like missing some diamond it looks different, the stone seems smaller. We took it different jewelry store and asked them how many carat my diamonds, we didn't tell them of many carat the ring and where we got it. They checked it in front of us, the guy said , the ring it's only 2.25 carat. I know it something not right this ring, I'm so mad why they do that???? The ring pass 30 days to return it and we haven't make one payment yet, but we will never pay this ring. Im going to return the ring that's not right of they did.

I order a band online and and my band got stolen from the FedEx truck. And when I call Samuels and spoke to the rep she was so rude, and her customer services was poor. Never again I will order from them.
