They didn't ship the ring until Wednesday the next week. They said they would call when it arrived.
It took two days to arrive. Arrived Friday afternoon. No one called me. I had to call them.
Good thing nothing wrong with the ring but I wanted it earlier in case I needed to return it

Fiance and I put a deposit down on our wedding bands a couple months ago..went the following month to make a payment and the store is gone! Took days before we could get a hold of someone who then told us to call a different store and weve been playing phone tag with people this entire time. Getting excuse after excuse. We just want our deposit back so we can go somewhere else and get our rings before our wedding in 2 months!
In reply to your response: we have contacted customer service.. SEVERAL different times. Nothing has been done. When we finally did get a hold of someone we were told to expect our refund in a 2-3 weeks. Well its been 3 weeks now. And when we called about it today we are told none of the refunds have even been entered in yet because you all dont know how your going about refunding anything yet. Seriously?!

They are trying to steal my money right away. I bought a ring for over $1000.00 and it took them four weeks to make into my size. I have this ring for only a week and decided to return it, but they don't want to take it because it is been a "month" since I purchased it. I was so disappointed with that, and they don't want to listen to me at all. I spoke with manager, manager spoke to another manager and finally they decided to pay me back. I got to wait for my check for almost a month and they even misspelled my first and last name so I would not be able to cash it. Now, they are sending me advertisement on my phone weekly and I can't stop that too. CRAZY!
