In 2015 we purchased 2 9 diamond wedding bands with what we thought was a lifetime warrentee, We had the cleaned and checked on a regular basis, one of the rings started rattling and I took it into the store to have it checked, They confirmed that stone 3 was loose and told me that it would cost 55.00 to have it fixed. They also said that the plating on the rings needed to be redone. I asked about the warrentee and they said that only covers the stones not the ring metal. They started the full coverage about a month after we purchased our set. I asked how much to put them on full warrentee and they quoted another 209.00 per ring. You would think the workmanship on the rings should last more than 2 years especially on the plating. For a company that does not have a lot of traffic at that location you would think they would try to keep customers not loose them. I'm going to close my card account and trade them in at another jeweler that stands behind their products.

Nothing but a good experience with Customer Service when I call, was able to call to get more information about an item before I actually purchased. I had to return an item and it was really made easy. I like the ease and simplicity of having no hassle with any of these things.

DON'T BUY YOUR JEWELRY FROM HERE and don't expect them to ever contact you back from customer service. They don't answer phones and won't return voicemails or emails. Good luck!
