"Worse customer service ever"

Worse customer service ever! They can never help and issue courtesy credits! Also have been bounce around for a web order that I not too long gotten that diamond fell out and my daughter gold tone earrings was no good they turnt within week of wearing them! Also went to Samuels store in the mall had a order returned and they didn't want to return it!! Called customer service and they spoke with the mail, then mall decide to return order!! Order already returned and now they can't find my order that has been returned a week ago.. rep advise after weekend, by Monday he will contact me back to see where return is??? Also they had me on a 12 month plan that if account is not paid off within 12 months, they charge you full interest!! Mall didn't advise me with non of this info.. I had got hit with $208 of interest just a few days ago and was shock to see it on my bill, had to call customer service and the two young ladys I spoken with was no help!! they made me panic more due to they didn't know what the heck they were talking about, it took a skill manager to take the call and advise me what was going on with my account, then I felt a little relieved, but not with the interest hit. Not good! Not good!!

"The ordering online was easy"

The ordering online was easy, however the product did not look like it did online as in person so I'm trying to return it. I have left several message for customer service and no one has called me back yet. The customer for online is horrible . I will never order online again. Thank you.

"GOOD LUCK EXCHANGING OR RETURNING ANYTHING!"

I purchased an item online in February and have been trying to return/exchange it since March 2017. It is now July and after calling throughout the month of April having to leave messages in a general voicemail box that were never returned except once, then the agent, Shaundra, said she would send me a return label. I never received it. By mid-May, I was calling again and again. The agent finally emailed me and apologized saying she doesn't believe FedEx ever responded to her request for a return label. From May to June, I have exchanged dozens and dozens of emails with the same agent, Shaundra. Not only did I promptly return my item as soon as I received the label at the end of May. When I emailed her to inquire about the status of my refund she responded by apologizing and stating she had the same product mailed back out to me in error. I am now in July, one week from a wedding where this gift was supposed to be given and not only does the cost keep rising and changing on the "other item" I simply want to buy instead but the agent keeps dodging my inquiries to provide me with some type of discount for my four (4) month battle to exchange a simple set of earrings. I will never purchase at Samuels online again. Far be it for the item to be incorrect, broken, or need resizing. It will literally throw their customer service skills into a frenzy.

I won't talk about jewelry because I don't know about jewelry. The items received look a lot what l saw in the catalog. However... it's in the details where this experience could have been a much better experience. The packaging and boxing of the jewelry was cheap, and it made me question the authenticity of the jewelry. Presentation is everything. Presentation shows care for the profession, the product, and commitment to customer satisfaction. It could have been much better.

"Items received don't look like pictures …"

Items received don't look like pictures on website. The colors are way off. Communication is pretty much non-exsitent. Shipping take a more like 3 weeks instead of 5-7 days for standard shipping.
