The parent company of Samuel Jewelers- Gitanjali Gems Ltd. is a fraudulent india company. The promoters of the company have been involved in one of the biggest frauds in the Indian Banking Sector (nearly $1.7 billion). Not only that, they have been accused previously of selling fake artificial diamonds. Why would you trust these guys to buy expensive diamonds? Please do not buy from them..

As I reviewed before on this item. The ring arrived bent. I had my husband take it to the Samuels store in Lake Charles LA to hav e it resized from 12 to 12 3/4 and they asked him how did it get bent. He told them it arrived that way from the online sales store. Hopefully we don’t get charged the resize.

I went I'm to my local store at the mall in Sierra Vista Az and asked about ordering a ring set I saw online. To sum things up I was talked into buying something from the store instead of having to order the ring. A few hours later I figured I would return the ring from the store and go with my first choice online. The guy working there was rude about having to return it. Didn't seem like he wanted to help me at all after that. When I asked him to order the ring for me he said it would be about a week, which is fine, but I had to ask him if he wanted my information to call me when the ring got to the store. My gut feeling was right because he never ordered the ring or called me. I had to order the ring myself and now have to go get it sized. Overall experience was that I wasn't a priority because of the amount I was spending. I will not be going back to this store.

The ring ordered online said it was in stock, after waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive I called. Was informed it actually wasn’t in stock even though the website said it was. Took another week before it shipped. It was an aquamarine band that had no aquamarine color what so ever. Just looked like clear diamonds. Was a gift for grandma, but had to return it. Very disappointed!

It took over a month to get a ring size EXCHANGED. Called customer support for two weeks and they finally emailed back with bare minimum instructions. We specifically wanted to exchange rings BUT they didn’t exchange the ring. They RESIZED the ring which was not what we wanted! The ring is bent all weirdly and this is suppose to be a new ring! Their customer support sucks! I would never do business with them ever again!

took ove a month just to get in touch with a person to see where my order was. this was supposed to be a Christmas present but almost turned out to be a Valentine's one instead, I Disney even get an apology for there screw up or we will refund your money. nope I got a we will get it to you so 45 days to get my order completely unacceptable will never do any more business with them, don't ever do business with them all they will do is screw you.

"3 purchases over 3 years & all bad …"
3 purchases over 3 years & all with some defect. 2 pairs of earrings that wouldn't stay on. Had to replace backs within a few months. A diamond necklace for Xmas this year only lasted 8 hours before the chain broke.
My husband had purchased a $90 warranty this time so when I took it in
to get replacement they said no that the only thing they could do is sodder it. No apology offered
Wow that was a surprise. $90 down the drain. Save your money & get
better service elsewhere & better quality too.
