Response was it is being processed do you wish to cancel order or proceed , why have next day option and nothing about processing order nothing. Of coarse I proceed happy with product but it took 3 or 4 weeks to get !!! No discount or anything for delay not sure if I will ever order again!!

We bought both of our rings here, we were told both were under a guarantee for any resizing that needed to be done, or if any of the diamonds came loose, as well as cleaning. When we came in to get my ring sized, it was too big, they told us there was a charge to do so. This is unacceptable. We feel taken advantage of and lied to. When I get my ring back consider that our last exchange with you. I will not be doing business with someone who decives the people that give them business.
