I have purchased several pieces of jewelery from Samuel's Jewelers and have been very satisfied. This purchase was my first online experience with Samuel's Jewelers. I have to say that I encountered no problems starting from the purchase to the delivery. I hope that Samuel's will continue to stay in business because I really like their prices and the quality of their jewelery.

"Bath bomb rings last longer than this!"
I bought my mother a beautiful purple amethyst ring for Christmas. It didnt last a week until a prong broke off causing her to lose the stone. Even after a few days of wear the over all ring looked like it had aged years.
All I wanted was a decent ring and I got pretty much trash.

"I ordered an item on line from Norton…"
I ordered an item on line from Norton Shopping Guarantee. The email that confirmed our purchase did not include any tracking information for the product. I called their customer service times and always waiting for about 3 minutes, then was asked to leave a message which I did EVERY TIME!!! So far I haven't received a call back from them. I went to the store to see if it got shipped there and they couldn't help me either. The product did get mailed to my house, but the customer service and shipping information portion of the on-line order is by far the worst I've ever seen.

I Still have not received the ring I ordered and can not get ahold of anyone from customer service. A message has been left and they have been emailed with no responses. It is now 13 days past when it was to be delivered. USPS did an investigation and they can not locate it either. I am just really unimpressed with both companies at this point.

Horrible about returns I tried returning the ring within 1 hour of purchase they said ALL sales final. MOST all other Jewlery stores give you a 30 day return policy. Not Samuels Why? They sold me a Lab diamond. Becareful when purchasing from them. You might be naive like me never knew there was anything other than genuine REAL rare diamonds from the earth. Unfortunately, they’ve cheapened the rarity of the diamond and sell these Lab diamonds that are man made all look alike no genuine rarity about that. I didn’t know what a lab diamond was until returning my third time to the store where the Manager insisted how wonderful, beautifully and better a ECO diamond is. Very good persuasion but at the end of the day He DOES NOT care about you, me as the customer ONLY his sales$$$.
So sad business is like this but I guess that’s why their in for their 4th bankruptcy.

"Bought a bridal set with a anniversary…"
Bought a bridal set with a anniversary band and had all 3 soldered together. Little did I know they only sold me the warranty to the bridal set. Now when I send it off to he replated they want to charge me for the 3rd ring. Manager is rude and customer service sucks.
