I placed an order online going on 2 months ago now. I have called numerous times since and left several messages to get an update on my order with no response back from anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!
Update: I finally got ahold of someone at their corporate office, 1-877-726-8357. I was told that the person handling their internet sales customer service department left suddenly without notice and they haven’t had anyone in place until now. They transferred me to someone else, don’t remember his name now, who proceeded to tell me that my order would not be able to be fulfilled. When I asked why, he said due to unforeseen circumstances with their vendor and not being able to source the materials anymore. So much for my wife’s anniversary present that we’ve been patiently waiting for.

I had bought several items from Samuel's Jewelers both in store and online. Until my most recent purchase I was very happy.
I ordered two pearl necklaces online, only received one. I've tried their Customer Service line for eight days, apparently this company's touted CS consists of an answering machine, and no humans.
So far, and probably, I'm out two hundred dollars.

Had custom design piece done at Rogers Jewelers at Fairfield in Beavercreek. Ring not made per specifications. Have had nothing but the run around trying to get this resolved. Have contacted corporate to no satisfaction. Reported to Better Business Bureau for poor customer service. They can't keep their employees, The three who were working on this issue have all left! I would never recommend shopping here!

"Shop at a bigger jeweler! Samuel’s closes without warning."
I have had several pieces of jewelry purchased from Samuel’s in Albuquerque and then they closed their store. Since then, getting warranty work done on my wedding set and other pieces of jewelry has been a nightmare. I have to go to a major city where they have a Samuels in order to get anything done. Since I’m not planning a trip, I have called their customer service line and left several messages, as they never answer their phone and have yet to receive a return call. I have two stones loose in my wedding set and I am afraid to wear it. I would never recommend shopping at Samuels.
