I purchased 2 cross necklaces the first time so I decided to purchase a 3rd one the last one I received did not have the same silver necklace with the cross,It did not look as nice as the first two

"The jewelry I ordered came really quick…"

The jewelry I ordered came really quick and wrapped for protection. All of the items (necklaces and earrings) were just beautiful. I am so pleased with the length of the necklaces and the size of the earrings. I am looking forward to placing my third order. I really highly recommend co-workers looking for nice jewelry to try your company.

"I am not surprised they are closing…"

I am not surprised they are closing their doors. We came in to look for a wedding band. We were told that everything is 80% off due to store closing in El Paso, TX. We found a ring and were given one price when we were trying it on. My husband was so excited to buy it for me because we have been looking for a long time. When we got to the checkout, "magically" price for the ring doubled and sales lady said, "oh I am sorry I guess I made a mistake". Really? You made a mistake. Manager was useless and condescending too. No help, no explanation, nothing. I will not give you my business and will not recommend you to anyone. Because of your customer service the store is going out of business!!!

"I sent a email with how unhappy I was"

I sent a email with how unhappy I was. The product. In the picture was larger then the real thing.The accent diamond was a piece of tin with bumps on it. They wanted me to purchase a warranty even thou I would have to mail I if there was a problem. Because it was bought on line on sale it was no returnable. I have spent thousands of dollars with Samuels and bought warranty on all of them and now I have to mail my 10,000.00 diamond ring to have it checked by someone I don't know to somewhere I have no idea what it is, jeweler independent bonded no idea.

"Fine print not shown"

Our experience started in our local store, we didn't find quite what we wanted but we did find it on Samuel's website, however the website only had the ring my girlfriend wanted in one size. I asked the saleswoman in the store how much it would cost to resize if I bought the ring and she told us it would be $40. I bought the ring with plans to resize when it came in. When I went to pick it up and inquired about sizing it l the salesman told me it would be $40 per size! Going from 7 to a 9 1/2 would cost $120! The ring itself didnt cost me that much. I took it to another jeweler to get an estimate and was told they wouldn't size it since he thought it was platted, which nowhere in the description told me it was. Very disappointed.
