I wasnt advised my order would be shipped seperately or given a time when I would receive my second order in which I am yet to receive.

Products they peddle are cheap, low quality knockoffs. Regular prices they show on their website are unheard of astronomical prices no one would ever pay. The 2 items I have already purchased were from China. If you must buy from them be VERY VERY careful on what you purchase. Should be called Samuels 99 cent store. Didn't like the experience at all.

0, sent wrong ring then went to the store and they have to send it back out for you an you have to wait for credit to go back on your card . Sucker bcuz I wanted to purchase something else an now have to wait .

"disappointing"

I was looking for a non-lab created ruby and the necklace that I ordered was going to be a sweet sixteen gift. When the item came in to the store I was highly disappointed as it looked scratched all over the surface, the store member said that was because it was a real ruby and those were just the inclusions but it really looked like the surface was scratched and on the side it looked like the stone had chips off of it in a few different spots like it was not cut correctly and was just slapped together really quick. Needless to say I had them send it back and ended up getting a different necklace at Zales for close to the same price.
