As soon as the app snagit detects internet it constantly try to login and send data, the program will not work properly if I don't let that connections to pass or disable internet. Where is privacy here? I purchased the app I don't want it to constantly send personal data.

But don't worry – we'll continue to honor your maintenance-based pricing until at least 2030, and you'll have access to new versions of Snagit while your subscription is active. Here's a reminder of what that means for you"
in an email and now I dont understand what I bought.
Bait and switch or smoke and mirrors, either way I am not a satisfied customer right now.

They are very difficult to get in contact with when you have issues, and they never want to let go of my credit card. They love automatically deducting things and I don't know how to get my card out. I loathe this company and its practices.

I was locked out of my accounts after needing to reset my password multiple times. My problem was resolved by chatting for help. However, if the second password reset process had worked, I would not have needed help. Please review and streamline the password reset process and the unforeseen issue of forgetting your new password before getting into your account, and also, having to repeat the process. I desperately needed to download software that evening to my new device and prepare a screen recording video to post on short turnaround. Being locked out of my account caused extra anxiety and frustration with the multilayered reset/login process.
