"Ordered on a Wednesday for next day…"
Ordered on a Wednesday for next day delivery, baring in mine spent nearly £200 on packing boxes!! Didn’t arrive the following day, no email etc. Had to email, to be then I was told it was out for delivery between a certain time & it never arrived. The weekend arrived and they was closed so had no one to contact in ‘customer service’. Had to call on Monday morning to see what the issue was to be told they couldn’t find the tracking, and would get another one sent out and it ‘should arrive’ the next day. It didn’t, it arrived the day after. So I waited a whole week for my £200’s worth of packing boxes to arrive whilst in the meantime, I had to order from a different company as I needed to get started on packing!
Don’t get me wrong when I called the lady was helpful, but it didn’t sound very organised and like it was being ran from her front room. I had to also email twice for the tracking numbers as they didn’t work the first time. I just think if you’re going to offer next day delivery, then make that promise and use reliable couriers etc if you’re providing a service where people might need there items asap!!! I wouldn’t order from them again based on this experience unfortunately.

"2-3 bed deluxe pack plus plastic covers"
I ordered the 2-3 bedroom Deluxe package, and was pleased with the quality of the boxes received. The speed of delivery was great. I also ordered a king size mattress cover, and a 2 seater and arm chair cover - unfortunately these came through soiled, as though previously used. I contacted customer services and they sent replacements...unfortunately these were also dirty, however I was issued a refund which was appreciated. I am pleased with the swift and understanding response of the customer service team. In general I think these packs are a great idea, and certainly have made my moving experience easier.

After failing to deliver the items and me working from home for two days to be in for the delivery, they have returned the boxes to the seller.

"Terrible"
Terrible, partial delivery on 10th April and still waiting for the remainder despite numerous unanswered calls and emails no one at the company seems to want to resolve the matter. The remainder of the delivery is all of the ordered packing boxes as the tape and bubble wrap they’ve delivered is somewhat redundant without them. They took payment in full upon partial delivery and 4 weeks later trying to get a refund has been met with the same silence…..will never use again

"Failure to deliver goods in a timely manner"
I put together a fairly straightforward order - 1 set of each of three different types of box. At this point I've achieved, with raising problem tickets, 2/3s of the order over the course of a week and a bit. Only bumping to a 2 star because progress is slowly being made on rectifying the situation, but I won't be using them again.
And the second part of the order came in a very damaged box, but the boxes inside are fine.

Hi placed my order the 21/04.
The 2XL boxes were missing when I received my order the 24/04.
Emailed their customer services but no reply.
I have order my boxes to an other company as l need the boxes for moving tomorrow.
Please do not use those scammer.
Poor customer service.

UPDATE...After reporting to PayPal by opening a case, I was contacted by customer service and the order was resent, arriving 2 days later. The issue was caused by PackingBoxes sending my order in 2 parcels with duplicate consignment numbers which was (rightly) stopped by Yodel to prevent fraud/delivery of a duplicate parcel.
INITIAL REVIEW...Website claims "Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £45"
My order was £118, ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not arrived. I contacted customer support after 7 days who said the order was waiting at the courier depot and would be dispatched the next day. 7 more days later and the order has not arrived. Thankfully paid by PayPal so can make a chargeback claim.

Boxes arrived damaged and filthy, they only replaced the box lids but were the wrong colour and covered in bird poo.... Highly disappointed and won't be using them again.
