I only ordered socks so my order would be free, but my shoes were cancelleand im yet to be refunded my money! I want to report it to the NZ cyber team! This isn't right!

Great experience shopping @ JD Sports Sylvia Park. Lovely "Nellie" was attentive and helpful. She recommended a good product for suede fabric ( PUMA Palermo) as well. All in all fantastic customer service . FIVE STARS for all the hard working staff at JD Sports Sylvia Park !

I wish I’d seen all these bad reviews before buying from their store. Bought an expensive pair of ‘leather’ shoes in store in Hamilton, only for them to crack within 8 weeks. The store would not exchange them because I did not have the original box, which was strange to begin with. Then I had a very lengthy back and forth with their online team, who gave me the run around for months, only to tell me they couldn’t do anything about it. Shocking dishonest and unhelpful service. Would not recommend.

"I received my Air Force Nike shadows…"

I received my Air Force Nike shadows (white) from the NZ website as AUS were out of my size. The shoe itself looks authentic although the interior looks like an off blue/cheap version. I have had these shoes before and the material/colour isn’t correct. I also advise to go with your normal size not what the site thinks you might be according to other shoes/fits. Be safe not sorry. In this case, I am sorrryyyy

Nicole from customer service was a great help and would gladly deal with her. Overall JD sports has always been good on my end. Excellent service and speed for delivery. Just a shame items have to come from Aus. Otherwise nō problem at all. Thanks Nicole 👍
