"Went to buy some sneakers"
Went to buy some sneakers, selected a pair quick smart. Took the person 15 minutes to find the shoe. Then got in line to pay, two staff and two tills but only one open .Two staff to work one till?
When I asked if they could open the other till and serve me , she was rude and argued that I should keep waiting. So I walked out. Honestly the service and attitude of staff in there is terrible. I will never purchase from them again.

Appalling. I DO NOT recommend! Take your money elsewhere. I have ordered tracksuits from them twice now and both times they have sent only half the tracksuit(either the pants or the top)This last order was extremely disappointing as it was a birthday gift for my son, leading me here to warn others away.

Agree. Customer Service NZ is ridiculous. rang Manukau Store 6 times in a row and not answered just hung up on. Rang Sylvia Park Store, they answered but weren't much help. Asked for Manukau Store number, she said i will just get them to call you? Why the secret squirrel....really bad customer service

"DONT order online"
They advertise stock, charge your credit card, don't explain why they can't fulfill orders (you have to assume they don't have the stock). They take a week to cancel and even longer to refund.
When you check the website (coz they're advertising a sale) the item is showing as in stock but is more expensive.

"BUYER BEWARE"
Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Seemed too good to be true when ordering and customer service is exactly as everyone says, it’s non existent. Emailed, phoned, WhatsApp, messenger and crickets!! No responses. No Comms and item not included with delivery. Appalling in 2024 to have so many Communication channels available yet no response to anything. Buyer beware is my advice.

"Fraudulent Store."
You cannot even imagine how appallingly bad JD Sports New Zealand is. My wife ordered trail running shoes 10 weeks ago and received a tracking code from China soon after. Two weeks ago, a package with sunglasses turned up (same tracking code as the shoes). Not what we ordered. JD Sports NZ deny having any sunglasses (but their overseas stores do) and refuse to help. Should not be allows to do business in NZ.
JD Sports Customer service would now like us to keep the sunglasses and will not offer a refund for shoes that will never arrive (they say the shoes are now out of stock).

"TERRIBLE"
TERRIBLE! Tried to get a nice pair of dunks. Checked and said they were in stock then went to buy them and suddenly out of stock. Did this a few times. Even got a friend to try for me! Don't trust this glitchy website!

I would give zero if that was an option as we ordered Airmax 90 have received another two wrong pair of shoes.
It’s not great and really frustrated as we were leaving for overseas next week and we were expecting correct order so basically our money was stuck with you them for 4-10 days and even we won’t be able to purchase another item.
