They need to be honest about where there products are coming from not even from nz I believe I will be waiting weeks for my crocs reading other reviews

Seems like they are tricking customers into spending there money when I could of got them from nz far quicker

Dishonest and disappointing will never buy anything from them again

"Do not order shoes online"

My first customer experience with JD sports and a disappointed customer experience.
Ordered Black Air force Ones online (19 April) received (6 May). Excited to receive but when open finding out they have sent the wrong size and the quality of shoe is very poor, glue and dust all over the shoe. Poor refund process which requires me to drive an hour away to visit a store to fix their teams error, or wait 2-3 weeks to get a courier bag then refund and then reorder. So could wait up to 5-6 weeks to get a new pair. I would recommend you save your time and just go to a store. Once I get my refund I will be looking to spend my money elsewhere. Unfortunately JD have lost a customer.

"Beware of JD Sports"

We discovered that the $200 shoes we bought were designed to fail. They lasted less than four weeks. JD Sports didn't want to know. They called it "normal wear and tear" - what garbage.
Next step: Disputes Tribunal.
I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing.
Don't make the mistake of dealing with this cowboy outfit.
I have photographic evidence of the poor design of the product, and I wish I could post it here for others to see.

"The worst service ever"

The worst service ever! I purchased a pair of shoes from JD sport and they took my money only to be 3 weeks later and no communication or shoes. I have now been told that there was an error on their side and the shoes were no longer available and I would have to go back into sylvia park store (not close by the way) to receive a refund.

"Really poor customer service"

I ordered some Birks for my mum from the online JD Sports store. The sizing charts were specifically for Birkenstocks women’s sizing so I went with her normal size. After ordering I checked on the actual Birkenstocks website and it turns out the JD Sports sizing charts were completely different and were in men’s sizes, even though it stated ‘women’s’. I immediately replied to the order confirmation email and asked if they could please change the sizing. After no response for a few days I forwarded the email again to the customer service email listed on the website. I never heard back from them. A few days later again I called their customer service, and was told that the shoes were being shipped from the UK, and that once my mum received them she could exchange them for the correct size. A few weeks later, the shoes finally arrived, and my mum then spent $16 to send them back to Auckland, only then to be told that they no longer exchange for shoes that don’t fit. During the call I brought up the inaccurate sizing charts on the website but the lady just ignored that. Seeing all of the negative reviews on Facebook, I realise that the customer service is really poor and I will not be shopping here again.

"If it's being shipped expect it to come from the UK"

They have NZ based stores and a .nz website but expect 10+ business days for an item to arrive from the UK if you are shopping online. It's all there in the terms and conditions but you have to make a concerted effort to find that out.

I bought some Crocs for my sons birthday and didn't realize where they would be shipping from (I did google the company and saw they had 3 NZ based stores) so I've had to buy another pair from a bricks and mortar NZ store to have them ready on time and will be out the cost of return shipping for the refund when they eventually arrive.

I emailed as soon as I realized I'd been stitched up to cancel but "terms and conditions".

Caveat emptor.

"Croc boots"

Ordered some croc boots, although they took a few weeks to come I got regular updates on the tracking of where they were. Very pleased with my product 😁

Ordered Birkenstocks and they took 2 months to get here to NZ. When I contacted them they said they were coming from the UK. Even though the website stated they are leather upper (my reason for purchasing), they are not, they are synthetic upper. No one is responding to my emails.

"Fast shipping"

Bought a pair of Nikes off the website and they took 2 days to get here. Very pleased with them.
