Do not buy from this company. I have been waiting so far for the last 16 days for a t-shirt to arrive as a Christmas gift. I keep on calling them and no answer. I left two messages and they never come back. The customer service is appalling. Just buy from any other company. It's really embarrassing to think that you can offer a service of delivery, get the money and not deliver the goods.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Terrible service. Nothing arrives they act like they dumb when you query what is happening with your order.
In store is no better noones of much help at all and stand around talking with their colleagues over serving paying customers. Won’t buy from here again

"The worst packaging...no packaging..."
Bought some AirMax 90s from JD Sports. Took 13 days and came from Australia through the NZ website. The shoe box was thrown in a parcel bag. No protective box. My shoes turned up and the Nike box is shagged. Ripped, dented and damaged. How can I gift this to someone? I've never experienced this in all my shoe purchases. This is unprofessional, lazy, and I bet they aren't bothered because they got theirs. I would highly deter people from buying anything from this company. 0 STARS!!

Omg! I brought A per of Crocs off JD sports NZ On the 25th of November that was a week and 2 days ago and they still haven't come.
I'm So Disappointed!
I want to know when they are getting here I've been waiting for ages.

Despite stores located in NZ and their NZ website showing stock as available, I assumed the stock was in NZ especially as the website indicated around 3 days for delivery, what they don't make clear where the stock is located. I have been trying to contact them for 4 working days no reply to emails or online chat, I work full time and I don't have time to be chasing them, to establish where my order is coming from and if it's going to arrive before a Birthday ordered over 2 weeks ago. Quick enough to take your payment. tracking email shows nothing, no email with ETA. Won't be ordering again, disappointed.

I'm sick of companies like JD Sport pretending they have presence in New Zealand, when everything appears to be shipped from overseas, and they're pretty secretive and not very forthcoming about this! It's hidden away on some info page, and at no point during the sale process do they tell you this.
...and order tracking is pretty much useless. Why can't I have a tracking number? Why do I have to track the order through your awful website, which incidentally does not display correctly through Chrome browser on Android phones. I won't be ordering from JD Sport NZ again.

I would put no stars if I could. Jd sports has continued to ignore my messages of complaints because I’ve caught them out sending me the wrong gender and sizing of the shoe, the one email back I got went on about how they are sorry but little mistakes like this happen. But as I return to the website to see if I can re order my size, turns out they’ve taken all the sizes of the shoes down now and only have the women’s size 9 which is what I got but in the men’s sizing. So obviously looks like they never had my size but took my money and sent me the wrong shoe anyway. Also waited 3 weeks for them to come?? WHAT A PHAT LOAD OF WASTED TIME…. also they’ve sent me a return label but expect me to pay for a bag…. I re ordered the shoes I wanted but off foot locker literally yesterday afternoon and they are already expected to be delivered tomorrow. DO BETTER JD SPORTS. Stop ripping people off when you are obviously a big company with a lot of income. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

If I could use no star I would! Not worth wasting time and money on this shop! I bought online and up to now has not received the item yet and it’s been 15 days already! They do not disclose on their website where they are sourcing their items. It is shipped from UK but even so, the customer service is not even bothered to check the tracking when it looks like it is sitting in their 3rd party courier- the loathsome NZCOURIERS! Bad combination with these two! Misleading customers online. Fair go should be looking into this. Check also their FB reviews. Very dismal!
