"If I could give no stars I would"

If I could give no stars, I would. This company is a disgrace to the retail sector. I ordered a Christmas present online in November. It is now January and I still haven't received it. The shoes I ordered were shipped from London (I wasn't advised of this until after JD Sports had taken my money) and have apparently been sitting in Auckland since the beginning of December. Communication has been poor. I've given up on ever seeing the shoes or my money again. I advise anyone else to steer well clear.

"This Shop Is A Waste Of Time"

I thought my partners and then my personal experience were just pure bad luck until I read the reviews on Facebook and elsewhere online, not a single good review. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor will I ever purchace anything from them again.

My partner went in to purchace a jacket for my Christmas present weeks before Christmas, only to be told they can't find the ample amount of stock in the size required that their system says they have within their store, and that he must purchace that particular size online.

They were not willing or able to order any in from another store or their main warehouse, I assume because of company rules?

Once he placed the order weeks before Christmas, an email arrived confirming the arrival date to be prior to Christmas, now January, the item arrives IN THE WRONG SIZE, the size the shop has many of on display.

The paperwork goes on to tell us we can send it back at our cost, or we may return it instore, no longer wanting to wait another 2 months or so for it to be sorted via post I went instore only to be told they again can not find the ample amount of stock their system says they have.

Offering me a store credit as they have had so many complaints about the online delivery sizing being incorrectly sent lately they do not recommend trying again...

I told them I had no need nor desire to purchace anything in their store as I only wanted that one jacket in that one size, they then offered to put the full amount back on the card it was purchaced from.

I don't have the goddamn card it was a gift that arrived incorrectly, I can't believe this company was unable to take any responsibility for their complete ballsup from the get go.

"Honestly the worst experience"

Honestly the worst experience. The way they run the store is so dumb. I was gifted shoes for xmas which turned out to be the wrong size. Went in store to try an exchange if possible or refund.
Both stores in Sylvia and Manukau didn’t have my size in any shoes that I wanted to exchange so I wanted a refund instead. They will not refund back to a card unless it’s the exact same card used to purchase the order and/or if a gift card was used to purchase then they’ll only refund you back in form of a gift card. In my case, the shoes gifted to me were bought using a gift card and the difference was paid using a card. I got the person who bought the shoes to come with me to refund onto their card but was told they would refund $180 back as a gift card and the remainder only could be refunded back to the Visa card as this was the method of payment used to purchase the shoes.
I do not want anything else from their store so a gift card would be a waste of time. Why tf would I want a gift card back if I’m never going to buy anything from their shop?! Customer service was appalling too, no one willing to help and managers on a power trip delighting in telling you no.
I just wanted the damn money back so I can go buy the damn shoes I wanted from a different damn shop. Also, refunding it back only onto the exact same card?? Lmao other stores just need the receipt and any card to refund or will even refund in cash. Not these useless mfs.
Save your coin and go elsewhere this shop ain’t worth the hassle. Better off going to platypus or foot locker.

"JD Sports! NZ"

Went to their store in Sylvia Park and I love it! good customer service and a lot of shoes in one place! Thank god they have the shoes I always wanted! I love how some of the designs of the shoes are only JD exclusive
