Ordered some new shoes yesterday around lunchtime then (stupidly?) read the poor reviews here and was worried that I'd made a bad choice.

I got lots of email and txt updates. The package left Auckland yesterday. To my surprise and delight a courier arrived at 0900hrs this morning with my shoes. I am genuinely impressed as I expected a delay at the very least. Shoes are exactly as described and were the best price on offer in NZ.

Very happy customer. Phew!

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service! Do not buy online from these guys. They sent the wrong shirt and then asked me to return it and wait 10 days for a refund. Then said I had to try and re order the same shirt again and hopefully they will send the right one. Didn’t even offer free shipping for my trouble.

Bought a $150 England shirt for the Euros.
Shirt arrived damaged and cant get hold of customer service for an exchange. They are quick enough to take the $150 for a shirt but absolutley crap customer service, non-existent...

"When other retail stores give you false hope....."

Many times I have tried to order the Nike Tech through other retail outlets only to find they are out of stock a week after initially placing my order.
JD sports had my order shipped that day, now only day two.... it has arrived.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service! I returned shoes over two weeks ago and STILL waiting on my refund!
As someone who works in retail, I would lose my job with this awful service!

"Worst experience ever, Do not buy online!"

Don’t buy online if you want to preserve your sanity, they’ll mess up your order, not provide a return label so you have to physically go to their stores where they will then refuse to exchange their product for one that you ordered in the first place! I had the worst experience and wasted money, time and my breath trying to explain their fault to them! Never buying from JD Sports ever again, I’d rather ship from original stores overseas!

Absolutely horrible customer service when it comes to returns. They made a mistake from our order which we had to drive 260km to Jdsports at the Base in Hamilton where no effort was made to make good of their mistake. Huge dissatisfaction and disappointment.

Went to buy some sneakers, selected a pair quick smart. Took the person 15 minutes to find the shoe. Then got in line to pay, two staff and two tills but only one open .Two staff to work one till?
When I asked if they could open the other till and serve me , she was rude and argued that I should keep waiting. So I walked out. Honestly the service and attitude of staff in there is terrible. I will never purchase from them again.
