"Sent wrong size twice"

Ordered a pair of shoes not realizing they were in mens, emailed to stop order and was unable to, had to wait for them to be sent out amd then return. Reordered a womans pair, mens shoes arrived. Customer service said it was tech mistake. Ordered another pair of womans and was sent another pair of mens. Had to chase customer service the first time to see if the return had arrived and then told to wait upto 2 weeks for a refund.
I now have 2 pairs at home needing to be returned. So incredibly frustrating.

"Wish I could give zero stars just to…"

Wish I could give zero stars just to start off my review.
Ordered a shirt and hat , still not arrived after 2 weeks. No updates or nothing. Ordered shoes from London and America from another store, five days after my JDsports order. They have already arrived.
I saw reviews of JDsports before I ordered but thought I'd give them a chance..trust me don't bother my NZ brothers and sisters.Just order from overseas,you will have the items before these amateurs from JDsports even think of picking your order.

"Bad strategy to rip off customers"

If you order 2-3 stuffs from JD sports the thing which is most expensive with discounted rate will never arrive. They will charge you delivery fees. Whatever you see on that website and think it’s an awesome deal, you will never receive it. This website should be shut down.

"Be prepared for no customer service"

What a joke and first time bad experience.
I have a bad show addiction so buy shoes every week from Platypus, Loaded & Footlockers for example. Never any drama with then ever. I but the shoe or shoes and they turn up within a week.
My first purchase with JD Sports started rocky when the cart on the site was half ass working.
Go to check out and it wouldn’t go through due to stock issues.
Finally found 4 pairs shoes and then order went through.
15 days later no shoes, and half ass apologies, and they couldn’t even tell me what happened to my order and just refunded me.
I sat here spewing for days cause all I wanted was the product. They wouldn’t even send out a new order even though they still have the same items In stock.
Basically lazy customer service and not willing to help.

"Don’t bother with jd sports …"

Brought some shoes and one had a yellow dish sponge sewn in as a tongue and the label sewn on backwards. Made contact and filled out the 15 questions with pics and proof and then followed up with 5 more emailes with pictures and got a bad attitude response. Wouldn’t bother again

"Extremely Disappointed with JDSports: Poor Service and Frustrating Experience"

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with JDSports that left me feeling scammed and extremely disappointed with their service. From the beginning, I encountered issues while trying to make a purchase using PayPal. Their web store glitched and timed out during the transaction, charging me without completing the purchase.

To make matters worse, there was no order confirmation, and I spent an entire hour stressed about my money being taken without any assurance of a successful transaction. Eventually, the funds were returned to my account, but this unnecessary ordeal left a sour taste in my mouth.

Despite this setback, I decided to give JDSports another chance and attempted a new purchase of an item that was displayed as available in the size I needed. However, after waiting for three days, they abruptly canceled my order without providing any reason. The only communication I received from them was a poorly-worded email stating that they couldn't fulfill the order. This lack of transparency and customer service was deeply disappointing.

To add insult to injury, not only is my money still not refunded, but I was informed that it could take up to five days or even longer. This waiting period for a refund is simply unacceptable, especially when it was their error that led to the cancellation in the first place.

To make matters worse, I had to revisit the JDSports website myself to discover that the size I needed was not available, possibly the reason why they canceled my order. This demonstrates a lack of inventory control on their part, leaving customers like myself feeling scammed and misled.

What truly frustrated me about this entire experience is the complete absence of compensation for their mistake. JDSports showed no willingness to make amends for their poor inventory management, lack of customer service, and the inconvenience caused. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize their own convenience over the satisfaction and trust of their customers.

Overall, I strongly advise against dealing with JDSports. The entire process was riddled with problems, and their lackluster response to the situation only exacerbated my disappointment. It is clear that JDSports needs to improve their inventory control, customer service, and refund policies if they want to retain loyal customers.

Update: Refund took 4 days after the original transaction. I found the item available in my closest JD store, retailing for $40 NZD more than the price shown on their own website. So, once again, their multichannel experience just doesn’t match with what they believe they’re offering to their customers.
