"Poor management"

During busy times understandably can take some time be seen however customers to staff ratio can't be foreseen leaving customers to wait in line and enquire at the till.
When I approached staff to get a pair of shoes and advised no staff were able to assist as they were inundated with customers to serve. This staff member looked behind me as if I was untruthful, however enquired with a female staff member (short light brown dyed hair) enquiring if they could go and assist to which this person said "no she has to go back to the floor to get assistance" now, I'm standing there, dont be afraid to advise me personally as I am right there... This staff made my initial assistant uncomfortable however repeated what was said.
I left, took my business to Stirling sports for the same item and cheaper so that's a win. However feedback for your staff members, your customers in most cases understand your busy, we can see that. If you can't leave the desk to help, I'm sure attached to you is a radio (which I saw). If all else fails and it's really too difficult state something along the lines of "I'm unable to leave the desk, I apologise we will need you to see a staff member in that section on the floor, however if you have time and able to wait a moment I can radio someone to assist, does this sound OK?" there ya go helped you out.
Train your staff to manage stress better than this. Workshops ect... I won't be returning.

I have used JD sports online shopping twice and both times the delivery time has been fast and the product great and exactly what I wanted. Very impressed and will continue to shop with JD.

"SHOCKING customer service"

When it comes to ,answering emails, returning messages, text replies .
This company is SHOCKING at it.
I've just purchased a pair of Nike Af1s and I've tried emailing them 6 times and 1 message via text reply ,to swap them over for high tops and I've heard NOTHING from them.
They have ignored all my messages and they've STILL sent out the pair I no longer want, USELESS!!!

FYI rugby boots are ordered and shipped from UK and takes 7-10 days to arrive

"DON’T BOTHER"

If I could, I would give zero stars.

I had to go back and forth with this company’s customer service team for 2 weeks to get my refund because they failed to update me that they had cancelled one of my items and when I approached them they couldn’t even be bothered to check if both of my items were sent, just blamed me for not checking my parcel to make sure I had both items before I signed off on it but in fact, they didn’t even send both items. You would think checking this would be the bare minimum.

After requesting to speak to a new team member they were able to let me know that the item had been cancelled and finally refunded me, but if I didn’t pressure them and let them make me believe it was my fault, I would still be paying $180 for shoes I did not receive.

Don’t waste your time with this company.

"No integrity"

Purchased a pair of Nikes,soles lasted 3 months of a child wearing to school. Told me no refund as wear and tear. 3 months for a pair of $200 shoes is criminal.Their attitude is unhelpful and like talking to an animated brick. If I could give zero stars I would!

"Ridiculous delivery time"

Ridiculous delivery time! Don't buy from this shop. Buy a product from a shop that delivers in time and not in a MAYBE delivery time.
I'll never buy fro this store!

"Pulling teeth to get a refund"

Ordered shoes, wrong size so followed company returns policy and sent back.

Waited 10 business days after it was delivered, got told to wait some more.

Then constant back and forth with customer support that I hadn't provided the proper proof that the package had been delivered at their depot.

Finally got a refund, but shouldn't be a drama like this.

"Fault in shoe but was my fault some how?"

Not to happy i purchase some shoes for my daughter purchase 30th july and was delivered 7th August i never opened them popped them away for her barbie birthday party on the Saturday 12th August, i opened them and noticed glue coming out the side of the shoe to some not a big deal but for infant shoes pretty expensive.. i took a couple of photos but carried on she was way way to excited to have barbie shoes as she called them,i know my fault for allowing her to wear them bit not the point.. i them emailed you the Sunday 13th August no reply to used live chat today monday the 14th August to which you could not help and said the glue was from wear and tear tell me why the heck would i put glue on my daughters shoes? Your team pretty much implied it was my fault and i had the shoes to long and she wore them so you will not do anything... well why dont you tell a toddler she can not wear her barbie shoes for her birthday? Absolutely no help from you and will not be buying from here again..

thank you for your reply jdsports i dont know how im meant to give you my order number or that without an email or to who it goes to.. the lady decided to finally give a $10 refund which to me is still not good enough when the glue will still not come off and if it were to come off it would ruin the shoes... so do i send another email though jpsports email,or do i contact someone specifically?
