"18 Months, 3 attempts at an MSC, 3 Cancellations"

Over an 18 months period I enrolled on 3 separate occasions only to have my course cancelled on all three occasions.

Cancellations were extremely short notice and the University did not offer any explanation or support.

Emails were replied to with automated messages with no follow up.

The phone line is a joke. The lack of knowledge from the staff is laughable.

My experience with applying for the Master's course was incredibly frustrating. Despite submitting all the necessary documents, I was repeatedly told that there were missing components in my application. After numerous exchanges and pushing back, I requested that someone else review my documents. Even after re-uploading everything, which had been initially provided in full, I received no response for two weeks. Upon following up, I was informed that I didn't meet the requirements, with no mention of the supposed incomplete documentation. Meanwhile, I received offers from three other universities using the same set of documents. Overall, the entire process was marred by a complete lack of competence, time management, and accountability. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ultimately, I'm relieved that I "didn't meet the requirements" and will be pursuing my studies at a university that values its students.

"They can't even answer their phones…"

They can't even answer their phones properly. You get through to reception who have no clue what you are talking about, then when you finally get through to admissions, you are left on hold for 20 minutes!!! This is Day 2 of trying to speak to someone. Very very poor.

"Lacks Competent Teaching Standards."

The University offers professional training courses but their own lecturers do not hold any instructional qualifications and are very poor deliverers of their knowledge. They are also bullying to students who raise any concerns and overly defensive, I wonder why?

"Never consider this uni ever! Biggest scam there is"

After 4 lessons i decided the course and university was no longer for me, sent an email to who i thought was the right team to communicate this - the uni finance team. Found out the hard way that was there a withdrawal fee associated with leaving the course post 2 weeks, and my total amounted to just above £2,500. About 2 weeks later i received another email stating my new total was around £10k to pay as they charged me for 6months of the course and completely ignoring the fact that i attended no lessons after notifying that i was terminating my studies with them. Please do not consider them at all, its not worth the hassle at all and i wish i knew this before applying.

I enrolled in a SQE course in 2021, that course was delayed for months until I no longer wish to participate in it. I have never attended a single day of class because of the delay.

As I had no time for their mess, I didn't attempt to withdraw or request for a refund of 800+ GBP. In 2023, they allege that I owe them 2000+ GBP in unpaid fees, saying that I did not withdraw from the course.

The cheeks!! They never attempted to contact me throughout the time I did not attend the course, then suddenly sends me email asking for money. I am still speaking to them about the situation, but if there is no satisfactory answer from them I will look to bring a legal case against them

I am devastated. No support, no assistance.

I had an emergency issue with an exam and the helpline is outsourced to India. I couldn't understand a word the lady on the phone was telling me and I just wanted to cry.

I spent my savings on my LPC course, years of saving, and I feel doomed.

The university is overpriced for the education you receive. The tutors do not provide much help with the reading and tasks you have to carry out. You don't get any useful personal feedback for your tasks or exams. You have to pay for every exam retake, for the graduation ceremony, for the pictures and to access documents as a former student.
