Cheapest price I could find for the flooring I wanted. Customer service was some of the best I've dealt with, questions answered via the online chat by an actual (and very lovely) person within minutes. Delivery was quick (less than 48 hours from ordering) and the delivery driver was again really helpful and generally lovely. Great company, will definitely be buying from them again.

A few weeks after ordering flooring, I realised I made a mistake and asked could I return them. The flooring was still boxed as it was when it arrived. I was told they wouldn't accept returns after 14 working days.

I realise they are perfectly within their rights legally to do this but still think it's pretty poor customer service.
