I contacted Bestatflooring looking for Karndean flooring. I was in contact with Charlotte, who confirmed that they had exactly what i was looking for. I purchased the needed amount for my new home. But my home purchase took a lengthy 9 months. Charlotte kept my order on hold the whole time and was super fast and spot on with her responses. When i finally got the home, two days later my flooring arrived at the exact planned time. Everything ran smooth and was accurate. Charlotte provided, easily, the best customer service experience i’ve known from any company. And the product is perfect. Couldnt be happier and would recommend Bestatflooring to everyone. 10/10

"Fantastic disaster dealt with brilliantly."

I ( my client) bought 50m2 of top quality flooring a few months ago. The third party delivery company overturned the pallet of flooring and damaged several packs of flooring. Bestatflooring instantly stepped in and sent out replacement packs with a collection at the same time for the damaged packs. Absolutely brilliant service. In addition, the pricing is as good as it gets anywhere on the internet, so I can get my customers to shop without leaving the house. This company even sends out free samples of most flooring too !!!

I called Best at Flooring today and whilst your flooring may be the ‘best’ your customer service is most certainly not. Your website proudly promotes your ‘price guarantee’ so I asked whether you could beat or match another online price for an identical floor. The man stated that you could not match the price as you would not make enough money, which to be honest, is not my problem. Your ‘price guarantee’ does not state that the price will not be beaten if your profits do not allow it. I asked for a managers name and was not given one, I asked to speak to a manager and that was not possible either. Terrible customer service. Completely avoid. Trading standings are being informed.

"Excellent Company to deal with"

Excellent and friendly customer service, fast delivery and competitively priced. The flooring I received is of excellent quality and it looks lovely in my kitchen. I accidentally over ordered some click vinyl flooring but nothing was too much trouble for Best At Flooring and they advised me how to send it back and I received the refund within a couple of days of sending it back. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Best at Flooring and I would definitely use this company again without a doubt.

We ordered Karndean Palio Clic flooring and they were more than helpful. Delivery was free at the time even though we live on the Isle of Skye and usually have issues being very rural. Delivery was by a local courier and exactly on time. Excellent value and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. The flooring is excellent.
