Excellent customer service, really pulled out all the stops. A specific flooring I wanted had been discontinued and no longer on the website, but they managed to source and supply at a great price. A second order for another room has been placed, again the experience from enquiry through to the confirmation of order has been superb. I work in a customer service industry and these guys do a very very good job. The guy that dealt with me, Kieran McEneaney provided top service, and when I next have requirements (and that should be soon!) I will be straight onto him.

Ordered 2 tubs. Of adhesive paid for delivery waited 6 days 1 tub turned up I spoke very politely to the delivery driver just to make certain he had not got another tub in his van to save him coming out again ,his response was very rude.I phoned bestatflooring to ask where my second tub of adhesive was who promised to call me back with an answer ,waited no call came ,I had to phone 4 times in total over the next 4 days until I eventually got someone who sorted out the mystery of the missing tub of adhesive.I think the combination of a very poor delivery service and no call back to let me know where my order was is the reason I have given a 1 star rating,I completely understand things can be slightly delayed at times but if you have a problem you should phone customers back they just want an answer.

Ordered my flooring the same day and collected it within 4hours. When I got to the warehouse the customer service team was very fast in getting the flooring to my car. Was really impressed. Also the laminate herringbone flooring I got was at a reasonable price and top quality.

It's when they send exactly what you ordered the very next day, and it is delivered quickly exactly when they said it would come. And when the price is good. So Bestatflooring gets a full five stars because they ticked all those boxes.

I agree with previous reviews fantastic price but after receiving a call this morning stating I would have to pay an extra £72 for delivery after paying £49 for standard delivery, after carefully reading my invoice there is no mention of this and I don't justify paying a total of £121 for delivery when the products itself was only costing £212,granted I live in the eh postcode but still doesn't justify £121 delivery charge all in.CANCELLED ORDER,fully refunded,
