Purchased some Karndean flooring, firstly was at a competitive price. Order confirmed and delivered on the day requested. Couriers didn't give an approx time, called up at about 12pm, best at flooring checked and called back within 15 mins. Couriers arrived during the 2 HR timeslot given.

I was looking at a fairly large order for a couple of different types of Kahrs engineered wood and initially emailed a few companies asking about prices. Charlotte at BestAtFlooring got back to me straight away and was super helpful and chatty, and came in with the lowest quote too! Charlotte then sorted everything out for me and the wood arrived not long after, direct from Sweden.

Unfortunately when it came to laying the floor I was short a couple of planks so went back to Charlotte who then spent some time negotiating a deal with Kahrs to get me one more pack sent over, with a heavily discounted shipping rate. She went above and beyond to help me out and I can only say that I was very impressed with her excellent customer service! Thank you Charlotte for going the extra mile to make everything so easy, and saving me some money too. Nice one!

I previously left a negative review due to an unsatisfactory experience with my first order. However, I've since decided to give them a second chance because their prices are very competitive. After their initial mistake, they have greatly improved. My subsequent orders have been delivered on time, with excellent value for the price. I've also noticed that their customer service has become more knowledgeable and proactive, especially with payment services like Klarna. The improvements this company has made are impressive.
