I could not have been happier with the overall customer service offered from Start to finish, I rang in reference to a couple fo different floors and was told there was a delay on delivery for them, which unfortunately didn't suit with the fitters I had booked, the lady I spoke to was amazing, asking what specifically we were looking for , going out of her way to take pictures and send it to me for colour matching and ringing back when she said she would, excellent customer service and would recommend your store anytime. She's a real credit to you :)

"Dishonest, rude and incompetent! Terrible firm."

Terrible firm. Two weeks to try and get some samples still haven't got them and staff rude and inadequately trained. They will say they will do this that and the other without any intention of following through. When asked customer service will say it's not my job etc. Two weeks and multiple calls it took to get the samples I ordered. When they arrived one was missing. I had to again call to see where the sample was only to find out it was not in stock and not sent. No one bothered to let me know or refund my money until I chased. Dishonest, rude and incompetent Do NOT trust this company !!!!!

"Poor and rude customer service."

I ordered the floor with them online. Unfortunately needed to cancel the order, contacted them within 24 hrs 4 days before delivery date. The only email they reply back from Charlotte is they need to charge me 25% for restocking charge. I replied mentioning there is no information about this charge on website and asked them to proceed with my refund. No reply after 3 email I sent. I kept contacting them again and again and speak to James on the phone, he was rude and awful! he insists to charge me 25% restocking fee and the rest would refund back. So i still haven’t receive any refund they still ignore and not bother.
Not recommend anyone to order from this company.

Shocking customer service and awful quality flooring. Spent a lot on a flooring, which when laid looked like laminate. Within hours of it being down it had noticeable scratches. Got passed from ‘pillar to post’ and after 10 months have given up trying. Having to rip the floor up and replace. Complete waste of money.

"I have order Amitco floor from them"

I have order Amitco floor from them, I was told on the 13/09/17, it would be delivered on 15/09/17, sent to wrong address, after a number calls, I was promised return calls, this never happened, I finally got answer and was told it would delivered on 22/09/17, still not delivered, called again and was told it would be with me today, still not yet delivered, Called again and once again was told they would have to get on to APC, still no call back.
It seems that if they get it right all is fine, but if things go wrong, they do not care.

Bestatflooring came up trumps for me. I required Amtico planks and tiles as well as stripping and more unconventional widths. All were delivered in plenty of time. It would have been 5 stars if delivery charges were better but the savings on the product more than compensated.

A great floor at a great price. Excellent service - everyone was so helpful and the flooring was delivered very quickly indeed. It looks absolutely stunning! I am a very satisfied customer and can highly recommend this company. Would definitely buy from them again.

An order placed elsewhere didn't happen. Late on a Friday afternoon I placed my order and got delivery early Tuesday morning. Staff were quick to ascertain they had what I wanted and to confirm delivery when I wanted. Absolutely excellent service.
