Great experience buying from this company. I initially order LVT and underlay. Had a call shortly afterwards to advise that the underlay was not required as the LVT had built in underlay. Would have been easy for BestatFlooring to make more money on the order with the additional purchase. Very good communication on the delivery and delivery timescales also. I ordered Kronotex Mammut Everest Oak Bronze laminate flooring from this company, having previously ordered some two years ago (beautiful laminate looks more like engineered wood flooring). They were still the cheapest online I could find. No damaged packs. Easy quick ordering with next day delivery arranged. Customer service remains excellent. Would highly recommend.
