Flooring is great quality for the price. Easy to lay, looks lovely in my rooms. They even refund the cost of the samples when you order. I did have an issue with one pack of my laminate having damage to the corner but customer services were brilliant and resolved the matter quickly and professionally. "Be prepared to fight for your consumer rights!"

I bought karndean flooring from this company. One of the packages delivered was damaged and when I called (after opening the box approximately 1 week after delivery) to ask for a refund or replacement, they refused to do either, saying I had 24 hours to notify them of the damage. I explained that the Consumer Rights Act required them to refund the money, and I was told they knew all about the Consumer rights act, and that I was wrong. I took them to the small claims court and they finally paid. Do not trust this company to observe your statutory rights, at least not without a fight.

They dealt with my enquiry quickly, professionally and called me back to confirm the details when they said they would. The product was delivered on the day I was given. I've had excellent communication throughout the whole process. Really good all round service. I would definitely recommend.
