"Absolute Top Customer Service "

We turned to Best at Flooring after being let down by another flooring company. They certainly came up trumps. They had the Karndean design we wanted in stock whereas most companies seem to have this as a special order so delivery is at least a week but amazingly they were able to deliver the next day! They have a great tool on the website allowing you to upload a photo and see the product in your room which is great for helping the undecided. A special thanks to Charlotte for her great customer service keeping us fully informed of our delivery with such friendliness. She is a definite credit to the company.

Poor customer support on complaining about damaged flooring. On finding and reporting several damaged planks in boxes of Karndean they failed to progress the complaint with no further response or support.

I found the team at bestatflooring excellent. The flooring I purchased from them was of excellent quality, it was delivered on time, and despite there being some flooring damaged during transport they responded immediately and sent out replacements. I had under calculated the amount of flooring i needed so called them and they pulled out all the stops and sent out 2 more boxed the next day. great service all round.
