My experience after 14 years as a client is total disappointment. Threatening email communications and the lack of any customer service. We have contacted trading standards and Royal Mail this afternoon to report the threatening behaviours of two senior managers at Frama and the non delivery of their service after payment upfront. I hope that no one has to experience our experience of these two senior managers threatening behaviours.

I have Frama Metrix F12 for 15 months
Machine stop working I called their offices a lady asked me to pull out ink cartridge there was an expiry date at end out 2022 yet disabled itself.
Why they put expiry date to cartridge yet there are enough ink in it because I am moderate user.
I believe this is wrong way to make extra money to sell already expensive cartridge earlier.
I will end my contract as soon as expires.

"Excellent service"

Good Afternoon
Having an error code come up on my franking machine yesterday, I was told I needed an Engineer. Avtar Singh came out this morning and I cannot praise him enough for his efficiency and politeness, and even though he had to take the machine away as a new part required, he bought it back this afternoon knowing we are serviced offices and had yesterday's post waiting to go out, as well as todays and all working perfectly again. Thank you Avtar/Frama

Avtar Singh was friendly and polite, when we talked to him, unlike previous repair men we've had from other companies.
We had a major issue with our machine, which not only did he do a great job fixing, but we were amazed to learn how quite the machine could actually be. He's saved us many future headaches dealing with it. 10/10 great experience.

I needed to set up an electronic signature for documents at work. Mike made the process so simple and when I had a technical problem (due to software issues my end) he responded really quickly and identified the issue. I am not tech-savvy, but Mike was great at talking through the set-up so I understood it.

I would certainly recommend Mike and this product to anyone that needs to set up electronic signatures.

Excellent company to do business with. Got me set up with a contract the same day that I inquired about it and had the franking machine delivered very prompt and fast!

I couldn't recommend this company enough for a franking machine as some companies like to over charge you for a franking machines but these guys price their contracts and machines at such a reasonable price.

Further, their support team especially Grace is awesome and she gets your problem solved there and then!
