"Efficient and Friendly"
I have been having issues with my back door and as I live the other end of the country from the company where I purchased it, I contacted Solidor directly.
I appreciate that as a rule they don't talk to the public. I was blessed that a lovely lady, Shelby, answered the phone and couldn't have been more helpful. After waiting almost a year to get my company to assist, this lady was able to organise an engineer to come out to my home. I couldn't be happier!

"Solidor after care service"
Had a Solidor fitted a couple of years ago and absolutely loved it. However recently the lock had developed a fault. I contacted the installer who was unable to help due to ill health. So I contacted Solidor to explane and they were fantastic with there help and response. The person I spoke to was called Shelby and she was very helpful and sent me a new lock. I was able to fit this myself and the door works perfectly now.
I can honestly say that if you want a fantastic looking door with brilliant after sales service then look no further than Solidor.

"Very helpful customer service"
We contacted them about an old door that we got through another company and thought was theirs. It turns out that they weren't the makers but were very helpful nonetheless. Not bought a door off them yet but the customer service was excellent.

"Update Problem was resolved today, following replacement of the door by Solidor. A good outcome."
In 2017 we had a Solidor door fitted and this has now split at the bottom, door swollen and we are increasing concerned about security as the door gets harder and harder to close. Three weeks ago we started contacting Solidor and solidor installers by phone and emails. They promised to phone back or get back to us and never do and fail to resolve. As the original installer has ceased trading the insurance company are happy for us to proceed with a claim but no one from Solidor is responding to us
11 Nov Update Solidor have been in touch ,very helpful, and offered to resolve. Yesterday the fron door jammed closed and so unable to use it now so this cannot happen soon enough

We had our solidor fitted nearly 2 years ago and was really impressed how the door looks and the build quality and the door looks has good has the day it was fitted.Last week we had a problem the door handle would not push down unable to open the door.Having read the bad reviews.It was not what to l had expected.l contacted solidor they were very understanding and helpful they arranged for solidor engineer to come out straight away in 3 days which l thought was really good.Paul the engineer for the north has just been and sorted the problem he made few adjustments and changed all the parts he thought he needed to and he's made know mess what so ever.please egnore the bad reviews this his a honest review with our experience dealing with solidor.

We recently had a door from Solidor for our new utility room in our garage. We needed something that not only looked great, but that was secure and that kept the cold out. The door exceeds everything we were after!

"Solidor Palermo."
I purchased a Palermo style door back in 2019. In 2020 I had to make contact with the installer to inform them that the door was splitting around the pressed panel areas. The installer was quick to arrange a replacement and refit in good time. Unfortunately in 2021 the second replacement door started to suffer the same issue. ( splits around the pressed panel areas where the material is very thin. Once again the installer although grudgingly obtained a replacement and fitted in good time. Early in 2023 this third door sucombed to the very same faults as the previous two. This time the installer was adamant that I take up the issue with solidor. This proved very difficult as is common knowledge solidor will have little or zero interaction with the homeowner. After some time I did receive a email from solidor asking me to take up any issues with the installer. I forwarded this to the installer who after some provoking managed to get a totally different design at my request from solidor. I was given a fitting date for installation. Upon arrival the installer immediately told me there would be a charge for fitting. I replied that I would not be paying as this is warranty work and should be free of charge. After some exchange of words it was agreed that the new door should be left at my house unfitted. So since 2019 I have had 3 doors that are faulty, I now have a brand new replacement of a different design unfitted.

"Doortastic customer service!"
I bought a door from this company, and unfortunately, it had some issues after a few weeks. At first, it was a bit frustrating because they asked me to go through my installer to get replacement parts. It felt like a runaround.
However, after I left a review on Trustpilot expressing my frustration, they quickly got in touch and worked with my installer to send me the replacement parts I needed. I really appreciate the effort they put into making things right.
Although the initial experience had its hiccups, their dedication to keeping customers happy won me over. I'm now happy with the door now, hopefilly it will last as long as they say! I'm giving them a solid 4 stars for going the extra mile to resolve the issues."
